Whatever the type of event, we can support it!
For your business meeting: The stage features a 40' x 20' Screen or Cyclorama for projections. WestPAC, with vendors and SDNB, provide streaming capabilities.
For your dance recital or competition: With semi-sprung flooring, full fly capabilities and remote music from a computer or CD, the PAC offers a professional approach to recitals.
For your musical performance: WestPAC's Orchestra Shell provides an active acoustical setting for a musical performance of one or a full symphony!
For your theatrical performance: Whether it is a play, reader's theatre or a full blown musical with an orchestra, WestPAC will enhance your performance with a high quality theatrical space, trap door, orchestra pit and rigging.
What else? Well, that's up to you.
So how do I rent the West PAC?
01.
Find available dates on the West PAC Events Calendar.
02.
Email date request with TIMING (include setup, rehearsal & actual event length) and TYPE (concert, dance, performance, meeting, etc.) Once scheduled, the Event will be listed as "tentative" on the calendar and reservation paperwork will be submitted to the client with estimates and policies.
03.
Event paperwork and deposit must be received from the client within 30 days to hold the reservation.
